They have nice cars
This place is a TOTAL joke I bought a vehicle a lil while ago the water pump went out on the way home I took it back 3 times for them to work on it and its still not fixed I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from these guys they will screw you
Ok so we literally just purchased an 08 Dodge Nitro on this lot and 2 weeks after we purchased, it ran extremely rough. I went to Auto Zone and they told me it was probably a serious problem. I called Lakes and they told me the owner would be there later, they call later and then suddenly he's "sick." I stopped by anyway and the owner's family was there. So I took the paper Auto Zone gave me and they were not concerned at all. Let me give you a little bit here, we bought this vehicle because our leased vehicle is being returned in a week. I told them we were about to be without a car if this one crapped out and we have 2 small children to get around. They did not care one bit. The worst customer service. They said if there was anything wrong with it, I HAD to take it to a repair service I've never heard of (Riggle?) And they'll only pay half. So if you want to take it to a reputable repair facility, you are stuck paying for it. I'm aware that when you buy used you always run this risk but problems after 2 weeks is just completely unacceptable. That should've been disclosed to us. Take my advice and go elsewhere!
I recently bought a truck from Lakes. A week after I had it,it started leaking transmission fluid and needed a new radiator. I called them and they immediately fixed it. Two thumbs up to LAKES AUTO!!!
