The employees were very professional, however they gave my reservation away stating I was late and did not answer their call. I was 2 hours late, but did not receive a phone call. Also, the policy to charge a whole extra day for being an hour late is wrong. After calling about the extra day charge, I was told I was fortunate for not being charged for the entire weekend which would be additional day added since I brought it back after they were closed on Saturday, mind you their hours are 8:00-12:00 on Saturday. So all in all, I had to pay extra for a vehicle due to my reservation was given to someone else and an extra day because I brought the vehicle back after there were closed, so my total bill was $234 instead of the $38.99 which is the price on their website for the car I reserved for 1 day.
My only issue was that when I made the reservation I asked for AARP discount and it was not applied to my invoice.
I rented cars here in Bedford store for 2-3 years every 2-3 months . Everyone was always extremely nice and accommodating!
Always friendly staff, and always willing to go the little extra to make the customer happy.
