Not only is Christie helpful inside the store but outside the store in the privacy of her home. I've seen and heard her several times either helping someone on the phone or better yet, Clients have come to her home. She's even helped people who aren't her customer and she gets No credit!!
I go to this store to see Carla only. She is always trying to help and give you a the best deals on phones, and accessories. She always makes sure I am on the best plan. Carla takes the time to show me how to work my phone and I can come back for help, too.
I go to Verizon because of Christie...even before she married my son!
I love Wireless Zone, and the personalization everyone receives at the store. I have been with Verizon since around 1997. I've kept my service with them because of Wireless Zone. Christie goes out of her way to help me. She knows my taste in phones and accessories and will let me know when they receive new merchandise that I might like. Christie truly helps each person with their phone plan, making sure you get the best value for your needs. Value, to me, is the combination of integrity, loyalty, and character. Christie's value to the store as an employee is more than gold!
