Hired these guys to install a new forced air heat pump system and they did a terrible job. All registers had openings. Most had multiple openings that I could stick my fingers through. All returns had openings one had an opening that measured about one inch by twelve inches. Wow how much air would that have sucked from my crawl space. I did visit the office after the install and the lady gave me some of that tin foil tape so I could tape up the registers and returns on my own. The air conditioning worked okay but when we switched to heat the heat pump just didn't work. Ran constantly blowing cold air out the registers. They had to come time and time again to make the thing work. Had to keep calling them back. Seven times, eight times, ten, not sure kind of lost count but it was ridiculous. I would not recommend this company for installs or repairs.
Called the morning after I noticed an issue with my furnace. The technician was available within a couple hours, was VERY efficient and gave great advice for making my HVAC system more efficient. I will recommend them to everyone.
