Rude staff, and takes 10 plus mins to draw blood really? Stuck baby like 3 times, our daughter has been seeing this office too, nothing has changed in two years.... go figure! Wish there was a better place to go....
The office staff is horrible. They refused to let me make an additional appointment with my child's Dr. They advised me his labs were negative so maybe he was having serious stomach issues and high blood pressure to weight gain!! They said he needed to lose weight if he wanted his health better.
Doesn't even deserve one star. The rudest staff I have ever met in my life. It needs to go back to Dr sorrells running the show! He's an amazing Dr and person, however this place has gone straight downhill....today I have sat and re dialed the # trying to get my sick child in and its been busy for over an hour now. How ridiculous is that. We continue to go here because of Dr sorrells. That is it, I cringe when we have to go here, my kids even point out the rude women that wait on us. Awful.
We have never had a bad experience. They are kind, caring and very competent. Dr. Kevin Jones is wonderful with our 11month old. The hours are great. Thank you all!
This office is absolutely HORRIBLE! The staff is rude and they take forever getting reports to and from the hospital. I would NOT recommend this place!
