Came to the er and had the rudest woman named Tracy waiting on us. You would figure they would be less rude when asking for information. Not happy...

I delivered my baby here and it was the best experience possible for my situation! The nurses were kind and caring, they treated me with empathy and compassion. Even the ladies delivering my meals, went out of their way to wait on me and showed genuine enjoyment in making me a satisfactory, customized order. The ladies cleaning my room were sweet and considerate, keeping up with my room wonderfully. Dr. Main and Dr. Boerner are truly caring, compassionate physicians; together they made the birth of my daughter and my first month post pardom a positively life changing experience. I highly recommend them, as well as St. Vincent Dunn Obstetrics/Delivery Departments.

Rude and degrading. I've had a fever ranging from 100-102.9 since 10/13. They took it after I had taken acetaminophen and it was 99.8. They decided since it was low-grade then, I must not have had an issue with fever at all. I told them I felt like I was severely dehydrated. They piss tested me, told me I was severely dehydrated, and sent me on my way. No bag of fluids or anything. After they took my temperature, they ignored me until it was time for me to go. Meanwhile they treated the meth addicted/ pill-seeking "I can't take tylenol, but I do fine with Norco." gentleman across the hall from me like gold. Wouldn't go back unless I was actively dying and had no say in the matter. Even then, would probably get the same treatment. Go If you enjoy getting treated like absolute scum. :D

Really fast they get you in and out.

My sister and I took our Mother in to ER. The care she received was very unprofessional. The doctor never talked to any of us. Never came in the room with a diagnosis. A very cold uncaring atmosphere. We should not get a bill for seeing a doctor. He just stuck his head in the door to speak to the nurse.
