Staff is very friendly. Has a good selection of dog foods. My only complaints are: The prices of everything - including animals (especially puppies). They are outrageous! The place is starting to smell really bad. When we first went in there during their first month, one of the owners specifically said she hates caging the dogs, so they had fenced in areas of the floor. Now they are caged - some being in cages way too small for them!!
I was mislead and mis-informed today. I was in there just checking the store out and noticed they sold DNA tests for dogs. I specifically mentioned that I thought you had to go to your vet for that or,at least, you used to but how convenient. Then I specifically asked if these DNA tests are accepted and can be sent in with your desired kennel club application. His response was,"Yes, just put the results with the application and mail it in. So I get home and log on to the site for DNA MY DOG and go to the frequently asked questions section and it specifically says that these tests CANNOT BE US TO REGISTER A DOG WITH A KENNEL CLUB and it goes on to say that these tests are designed for owners of mix breed dogs that want to know all the breeds that make up that animals generic profile and are not for full breeds (which makes me wonder about the legitimacy of the product to begin with because it doesn't make sense to me that you can identify all the DNA that makes up a mutt but say your product isn't design to pick up on one specific breed???) Anyway, use your own judgement but I've known a few business owners in my life and the successful ones are honest because honesty equates to return customers. No, i wouldnt have bought the product but I would've told people that he was honest. Also he was very friendly until the sale was final and then his attitude with me when I continued to talk was to keep looking away to the one other customer in the store that was being tended to by his employee...i got the hint and left but now that I know that he lied to, I will never go back and I will tell everyone about my experience at to beware of he's lies about a $15 product, he'd lie about that animal your buying.
I've already fell in love with this pet store and I've only been here once! The two people (I assume owners) that were working were extremelt nice and pointed my husband and I in the right direction for all of our leopard gecko needs. I will be back (as soon as I run out of food) and I hope to see the same attitude! Though I know how hard it is working with the public, you both seem to do a wonderful job. Don't let negative comment's bother you because most people don't understand that you're only human too and mistakes happen. Not to mention most people don't realize all of the hard work and time it takes to care for such a variety of pets. I thought the store look really clean (yes it smelled like animals, but what do you except a pet store to smell like?
