I don't usually write review, unless I have exceptionally good service or seriously bad experience. In the case with Scott from Nordhoff, the service and experience are remarkable. Scott is truly an expert at foundation repair and basement waterproofing. I am going to briefly describe my experience here: I was trying to purchase a condo, and during the home inspection, it was discovered that moisture level was relatively high in the basement even though there was no sign of leakage or water intrusion. So just for the peace in mind, I hired Scott to come and perform an inspection. Scott was able to reveal so much details about a basement with a few seconds of examination, and he was very honest and ensured me that there was no major problems with the waterproofing system installed in the basement, and he also revealed some of the potential problems with the basement and provided suggested fix. As a first time home buyer, I had little knowledge about basement and its waterproofing system, but Scott was able to effectively explain every aspects of waterproofing and answer all my questions in a patient manner.
