Found a stray kitten on the side of the street one early morning; he was skinny, had an upper respiratory infection, and herpes had taken over his right eye, turning it useless. Nursed it back to health for a week then tried to bring it to the shelter and they wouldn't take him. Now he's a fat, funny, lovely addition to our family. Thanks for making me keep Crusty, you guys missed out!
