I wish there were an option for zero stars. I just left there with no food because upon walking in I asked if they were accepting debit cards knowing the store next door was not because of a transformer blowing. They said yes. Ordered my family of 4s food waited while 2 people in front of me tried to work out their issues with their orders being incorrect. Listening to the mgr on duty telling her employees to get it together. Then as I start to pay she tells me they aren't accepting cards. 20mins of my time wasted. Get it together and train your employees on what to do in an emergency. Put a sign up stating cash only! !! The transformer had been down for an hr at this point and they should have been informing cusomers. I won't even get into the sight of myself and my daughter Watching them cut our bread and make our sandwiches without gloves ,with a box of them directly in front of their face. They have lost a long time customer
I get to Bedford 3-4 times a year on business. If I have time for lunch I usually come here. One reason: whoever owns this place has obviously spent a lot of teaching and enforcing a "service with a smile" attitude. That's a pretty rare thing these days in the fast food industry. And I appreciate it a ton.
The food was excellent and the service was the best I have received in the "fast food" industry. The staff was incredibly courteous and pleasant to be around, qualities I find to be very rare in that industry.
The food is not bad. Had to wait in line for waaay too long for just two orders. Doubt we'll go back.
Food was not prepared properly, was supposed to have banana peppers and should have been hot.
