I needed some emergency cash. Jackson Hewitt was the only Tax Service that was giving tax advances. The gentleman that helped my wife and I was very friendly and helpful. We walked in with a paycheck stub, and left with the cash we needed. He answered all our questions, and was also managing to help the other associate with some questions she had. We did not have an appointment, so we probably got lucky that we did not have to wait, but I wouldn't be upset if we did due to the excellent service. I have used other tax services in the past, but I will use Jackson Hewitt from now on.
