They seem like nice people but they were extremely disorganized. I had to call over and over again. Anytime they said they were going to call me back, they didn't. They misspelled my first name and email. As a result possibly private emails didn't get sent to me! I repeatedly called to have these misspellings corrected but I just received a bill with my name misspelled...still. The coverage that they offered was not good for the price. They sent someone to my house without letting me know they were coming. It would be best to call first so that i am not in my pajamas!
