There is absolutely no excuse to treat someone with such rudeness. I would never want to do business with someone who would treat others that way.

I called Insurance One Agency today for some information and spoke with Michael. He was extremely rude on the phone. It honestly ruined my day. Even the receptionist who answered the phone was short and seemed to be in a bad mood.
