I waited 45 minutes later then their time of completion before I was able to recieve my order. I spent 50 minutes in the waiting area. I asked repeatedly about my order to be told " it's coming up next sir". There were people that ordered at the register that received their food before me. When I finally received my food I asked to speak to a manager, only to be told that the manager was busy with other concerns. I would have saved time, money and patience going elsewhere. On the up side my food does seem fresh and well prepared

3 years ago Pizza Hut in Bedford Indiana was amazing now it's constant drama my pizza is almost never done correctly I just ordered over an hour ago they told me it would be about 15-20 minutes I get there and my pizza aren't even started to be cooked or baked it's just ridiculous and they don't ever get it right definitely going to call corporate
Absolutely awful. I ordered my pizza at 12:39pm on 6/11/17. Was told my order would take 15-20 minutes. Paid for the pizza at 12:48pm. RECIEVED the pizza at 1:35pm after having to ask for my order repeatedly. The manager was requested to speak on this matter but was too busy. This is absolutely not acceptable. It would at least have helped had someone at least tried to explain why or food was an hour late but not even the manager could find time for us. As a frequent and repeat customer, I am DEEPLY dissatisfied.
