Had a very bad experience with this real estate renting my home. I dont feel that there were proper monthly inspections. I had major water leaks due to poor inspections. The plumber said the leaks had been there for some time. The tenants they chose made holes in the walls, left the carpet nasty, walls nasty from dirty hand prints, several vehicles parked beside and in back of the rental home, missing siding, used motor oil left behind which should have been instructed to clean up, and broke out windows and screens covering the windows where they must have broken back in the house during the time they lived in the rental home. LOTS and LOTS of before and after pictures if anyone needs proof. When you pay someone to do a job, you expect to get good service.
