This company out-rite stole from me and my wife. My wife was going threw chemotherapy for breast cancer when Marquise had a home for rent that we liked. After providing security deposits and rent in advance we sighed a three year lease.After moving in we found the home had some severe problems that needed repair including an unsafe fire-place and an illegal water hook up. Marquise refused to even discuss the issues and in response to our complaints placed the property up for sale. Then demanded access to show the house to buyers with a 24 hour notice, knowing full well my wife's cancer treatment would not allow for such a thing. Marquise agreed over the phone to allow us to move out and return our deposits, After we moved they refused any reimbursement and insisted that we broke the lease. All this just in time for X-mass. I would not trust this company with one dollar.
